The Desk Dialer Admin tool has been updated with several new management and reporting features.
New Features
- Current Configuration Display
Administrators can now view the active Desk Dialer configuration directly within the admin tool. - Configuration Editing
Administrators can update key configuration values, including:- Client Name
- Dialing Number
- Button Label
- Recent Connection History
The admin dashboard now displays the five most recent Desk Dialer connections. - CSV Log Download
Administrators can now download the complete connection log in CSV format for reporting, review, or backup purposes.
Coming Soon
Additional features are currently in testing, including:
- User administration for names, email addresses, and passwords
- Graphical usage charts
- Real-time cost tracking
The next release is expected this summer.
